Is the color true to life?
Our photographs and our video show the exact stone, with no retouching at all. But the color of an emerald is never fixed: it changes with exposure to light. The same green will look deeper in daylight, warmer under a lamp, darker in shade. That is true of every emerald, not only ours.
This is why video remains the most faithful rendering: the stone moves, and you see it from several angles and under several angles of light, as if you were holding it. If you want to see it in other conditions, ask us for an extra video: we will film it and send it to you.
How do delivery and insurance work?
A secure handover comes first. Depending on your project, we hand the stone to you in person, anywhere in the world, or ship it by FedEx, within France or internationally, insured and signed for on delivery. It always travels with its certificate. Timing depends on the delivery method and, for a FedEx shipment, on the destination country.
