Two cousins, one shared standard

Johya was born from the meeting of two cousins united by the same conviction: the Colombian emerald deserves to be sold transparently, at its fair value, with no middlemen.

Colombia, at source

Rather than buying on a wholesale market, we chose to go to the source. We source our emeralds directly in Colombia — the Boyacá region, Muzo, Bogotá — where the stone comes out of the ground. Every purchase is negotiated on site and documented, from collection through to invoice.

Complete specialization

We work exclusively with emerald: one stone, one body of knowledge. Every piece is assessed against gemological criteria and comes with the report of an independent laboratory.

What we stand for

No phantom stock, no talk of "rarity", no hidden middleman margin. You pay for the stone, not for the chain. That is the Johya promise.
