No. The request, the framing and the selection on site are free of charge. You pay only after approving a stone on a video call.

And if no stone suits me?

You commit to nothing. If nothing matches your criteria, we do not buy and the request stops there, with nothing owed.

How does delivery work?

Hand delivery anywhere in the world, express if needed, or insured and tracked shipping if you prefer. The gemological certificate always accompanies the stone.
