Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France, the European Union and, on request and subject to prior validation, outside the European Union. Hand delivery is possible anywhere in the world, express depending on the project.

Carriers and shipping methods

Because of the value of the stones, a secure handover comes first. Two methods are available: hand delivery, anywhere in the world, or FedEx shipping, within France and internationally, insured and signed for on delivery.

Delivery times

Timing depends on the delivery method. For hand delivery, the date is set with you according to your project, express if needed. For FedEx shipping, it varies with the destination country, excluding customs clearance. In every case, we put a secure handover ahead of a date.

For a stone whose gemological certificate has not yet been issued, additional time is needed before handover or dispatch; we tell you before you order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination area and the value of the parcel. They are shown to the Client before the order is validated.

Insurance

Every shipment is covered by insurance corresponding to the declared value of the parcel. In the event of loss or theft during transport, we refund or re-ship an equivalent product, subject to the claim actually being accepted by the carrier or the insurer.

Receipt

The Client (or any person duly authorized to receive the parcel) must sign the delivery note. If there is any doubt about the integrity of the parcel (damaged packaging, signs of opening), the Client is invited to record precise written reservations on the carrier's delivery note, or to refuse the parcel.

If the Client is absent, the Client follows the carrier's instructions to arrange a new delivery attempt or to collect the parcel from the designated pickup point or post office.

Deliveries outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the EU, the Client is solely responsible for paying the customs duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees applicable in the country of destination. We provide all the necessary documents (commercial invoice, certificate where applicable), but cannot be held responsible for delays linked to the customs formalities of the country of arrival.
