Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Use ("GTU") aim to define the terms and conditions of use of the johya.com website, as well as to define the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter "Users").

Access to and use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU.

Article 2 — Site Access

The johya.com website is freely accessible to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the site, whether hardware, software, or internet access fees, are the sole responsibility of the User.

Article 8 — Applicable Law

These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
