Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We ship to France, the European Union, and internationally. The countries we serve and the exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Shipment Security

Each stone is shipped via insured mail, with mandatory signature upon delivery. We never ship a stone via regular mail or to a mailbox. You must be reachable at the contact information provided when placing your order and must sign the delivery receipt.

Deadlines

France: 1 to 2 business days for Express shipping, 3 to 5 business days for Standard shipping. Standard shipping is free on orders of 65 euros or more.
European Union and international: 3 to 5 business days.

These timeframes begin on the date of shipment, which occurs after payment has been received and, if applicable, after we have received the supporting documents required under our anti-money laundering obligations (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Absent at the time of delivery

If you are not available for the first delivery attempt, follow the carrier's instructions to schedule a new delivery or pick up the package. If the package is returned to the sender because it was not picked up within the specified time frame, you will be responsible for the reshipment fees.

At the front desk

Check the condition of the package and the stone upon receipt, if possible in the presence of the carrier. Any issues must be noted on the delivery slip and reported to administratif@johya.com within 48 hours of receipt, along with supporting photographs.

Shipments Outside the European Union

For shipments outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of French VAT. Any customs duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to check with your country’s customs authorities before placing an order: these amounts cannot be predicted or reimbursed by Johya.
