No. The request, assessment, and on-site selection are free of charge. You only pay after you've approved a stone via video call.
What if none of the stones are right for me?
There's no obligation on your part. If nothing meets your criteria, we won't buy anything, and the request ends there—with no cost to you.
How does delivery work?
In-person pickup in France, or insured and trackable shipping if you prefer. The gemological certificate is always included with the stone.
