Delivery Conditions
Delivery Policy
Delivery Zones
JOHYA delivers to the following zones: Metropolitan France, European Union, and outside the European Union upon request and prior validation.
Carriers and Shipping Methods
Due to the value of the products, all shipments are sent insured with mandatory signature upon delivery, via specialized carriers or secure postal services.
[To be completed: name of the selected carrier(s), for example Chronopost Sécurité, FedEx International Priority, La Poste Recommandé avec valeur déclarée, or specialized provider such as Brink's / Ferrari]
Delivery Times
[To be completed according to commitments made with the carrier. Example below:]
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch
- European Union: 5 to 10 working days
- Outside European Union: 7 to 15 working days, excluding customs clearance times
Delivery times start from the dispatch of the package, not from the placement of the order. For stones requiring a gemological certificate that has not yet been issued, an additional [X] week(s) will be needed before dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and the value of the package. They are indicated to the Customer before order confirmation.
[To be completed: pricing grid or calculation principle]
Insurance
Each shipment is covered by insurance corresponding to the declared value of the package. In the event of loss or theft during transit, JOHYA will reimburse or re-ship an equivalent product, subject to effective coverage by the carrier or insurer.
Receipt
The Customer (or any person duly authorized to receive the package) must sign the delivery note. In case of doubt regarding the integrity of the package (damaged packaging, signs of opening), the Customer is invited to make precise and written reservations on the carrier's delivery note, or to refuse the package.
In case of absence, the Customer follows the carrier's instructions to arrange a new delivery attempt or collect the package at the designated relay point or post office.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the EU, the Customer is solely responsible for the payment of customs duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country. JOHYA undertakes to provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, certificate if applicable), but cannot be held responsible for delays related to the customs formalities of the arrival country.
